Anyone watch the first ep of this last night? I know that these shows get a lot of controversy but to be honest, people do have a choice whether they apply for the program or not.
Anyway, I thought the dog act last night was one of the most impressive I've ever seen, and the kid drummer seemed pretty good, for a drummer to be able to hold up front centre it proves it's pretty cool.
first of all, america's got talent just started up tonight, which i'm enjoying as i write this post. but also, FC (or any other english person) are you still watching Britain's got talent, and if so, how's it going.
Semis at the moment :D I notice a lot of mediocre to god-awful stuff here though - a guy dressing as Lasy Gaga? Since when has that been talent?
wow, that sucks. there were some interesting acts, but it will probably end up the same, "mediocre to god-awful", but i'm trying to keep hopeful :) . It irks me that at least two times singers have won. isn't that what american idol is for?
Yep, although it seems the Got Talent format is a hell of a lot easier - they only actually have to perform 3 times so it seems more of a get-famous-quick set-up, then do some crappy ITV2 reality show a couple of years down the line.
And with AGT, it suprises me that two of the panel are british :P
