In the world of the Delta Force, you are a pokemon who can talk, walk, and do things any human can do. However, there is one thing different about you, your a Delta Species, a Pokemon with a second or third type, granting you amazing powers that no ordinary pokemon could have. Possession of minds, converting matter into another form, it's all at your disposal, if you choose it to be. Join the Delta Force, a top secret team of Delta Species bent on protecting the world from danger.
Now, here are the rules. You will be given:
A: An Assigned Partner.
B: A mission
C: A villain.
In each mission, you must stop the villain. There is no underlying plot, however, what you do can effect another member, so be careful of your actions. You can choose how to do your mission, and you will be ranked accordingly. The format for a Character is:

Name: Franziska
Pokemon: Shiftry
Delta Species: Electric
Power: She can use her fans like a wind turbine, and actually create hurricanes and weather conditions.
Bio: A long time ago, before she evolved into a Shiftry when she is still a Nuzleaf, she wanted to be a prosecutor in Germany, just as her father wanted her to be. When she moved to another place, she discovered DF through a headline in that place's local newspaper.
Appearance: Similar to a normal Shiftry, but the leaf fan that she holds is yellow instead of green. She will always bring her whip.
Personality (Optional): She's very moody, but she won't hurt those who are close to her. She won't whip anyone superior to her, despite her being moody.
Mode of Transportation (Optional, as you can choose to use a plane-like Pod): She rides on her limousine that she obtained from her deceased father.
Weapon (Optional): Her whip, sometimes used as a last resort weapon.

Pokemon: Machamp
Delta Species: Fighting
Power: Can melt anything, by touching it.
Bio (Include Gender): A male Machamp, who used to study in Japan. He was facinated by the samurai and through them, he also found a connection to the DF.
Appearance: A normal Machamp, with the exeption, that his legs and arms are slightly long than normal.
Personality (Optional): A serious...ly odd and quirky guy. Nobody really under stands why he does stuff. He doesn´t bother explaining it.
Mode of Transportation (Optional, as you can choose to use a plane-like Pod): The "Adventure". A buffed up mega-van, with lots of features, including radar, elektronic data-library, beds, a dojo and more.
Weapon (Optional): Four katanas, one in each hand.

For once, playing an entirely new character. XD Little spin off the main character of one of my fics. Oh, can I play two characters?
Name: Niath
Pokemon: Vulpix
Delta Species: Electric
Power: Can charge her fur with electricity; attacks and creates forcefields this way.
Bio: A female Vulpix, she used to live the life of luxury until she was disowned by her mother, a Ninetails with the Ghost Delta power. Since then she has honed her electrical abilities, and after several blackouts she accidentally caused, has almost complete control over them.
Appearance: Her fur is orange with yellow streaks through it. The tips of her ears, tails, and paws are electric-blue.
Personality: Rather quiet at times, but she'll defend her beliefs fiercely. She tends to stay out of the middle of things unless others are in danger.
Mode of Transportation: She can use her electriciy to pull metal together and create a sort of magnetic push to zoom around. (Ever seen the show Static Shock? She moves around like that.)
Weapon: None.

Power: He can spew magma from his mouths
Bio: No one is sure where he came from. Not even him...

Personality: Usually calm and somewhat arrogant, he has a violently short temper and can also lose his sentience and rely solely on instinct when the stress level is too high.
Mode of Transportation: The Magmasphere- an apparently opaque red orb that he jumps into to get places quickly. When he is ready, it starts quickly rolling in the direction he wants to go. It is very hot when touched.
Weapon: A special contraption that he fits over a mouth/hand to make it a hand. He only has one, though.
I'm going to have to say no. Its WAY too over powered.

Pokemon: Mamoswine
Delta Species: poison
Power: telekinesis (brought power out under his master)
Bio: middle aged male, was denied by his tribe for being different, but was adopted by a delta species grumpig who became his mentor/father. when his mentor passed away for mysterious reasons he decided to join the delta force, not only to find information but also to walk in his masters footsteps.
Appearance: fur is golden brown, random patches are braided.
Personality: can be cold to new people, but once they earn his respect, he will treat them like family.
Mode of Transportation: creates ice platform and uses telekinesis to hover around on it
Weapon: can i have battle armor? if not then no weapons.
