Hey all I was just thought of an idea in which we use the olympics stadium (or whatever) from HG and SS to start a competitive event. Of course the winner of all will win a prize ( idk what...). So please help me build on this idea any ideas are welcome.

yea thats the name of it a pokelathon! and yea a pokelathon tournament would be sweet
well, if we want to do one first we have to see if people can even verse others over wifi, because i don't remember if its possible or not.
It's too hard to be realised over Wi-Fi.
Try to find another idea.
We could just post our best times and and rank them compared to others? Then, give out weekly awards for anybody that got ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd at the end of the week. How 'bout that? I may post the award ribbons later.
People would lie. They'd probably get their friends' hard earned scores and receive all the credit. I, for one, have had my scores stolen quite often. Their's no way to detect thefts.
