You may not know this, but right now, it's impossible to get a Celebi outside of Japan. Just sayin'.

Actually, Celebi was distributed at Bryant Park (New York) back in 2006. Even if that was not the case, however, Wi-Fi makes it possible to communicate internationally, so you could find a Japanese player to trade with.

Anyway, I have a Celebi, but it's Japanese (Ageto) and I think it has gained EXP. If you want it, I'll give it to you for your Ho-Oh.
