Plot
Spoiler:
Fricai was originally an Ice Dragon, but shortly after his hatching, a group of Whiptails killed his mother, looking to steal her gold. Fricai had run down the mountainside, barely escaping with his life, and finally collapsed near the base of the mountain.
An old White dragon named Forta found the exhausted hatchling and took him in, giving him a name. Forta taught Fricai limited magic and took care of him as well as he could, but not being an ice dragon he couldn't meet Fricai's need for temperatures below freezing. Shortly before he grew his wings, Fricai's sickly health entirely changed his species into Neglected.
Even after Fricai had grown his wings, he couldn't fly. His wings were undersized, only good for short glides, not nearly strong enough for true flight. Forta, even now, took care of Fricai, bringing him food and sharing his gold, and teaching him more magic than ever.
Despite this, Fricai grew bitter. He could not stand the thought that other dragons might pity him, thinking him helpless and dependant entirely on the charity of others. One night, after his morbid and feral thoughts finally convinced him to do so, Fricai attacked and killed Forta.
Afterwards, Fricai used the magic he'd been taught to make himself look stronger, less crippled, as well as doing something Forta had never imagined. Because he still could not fly, he used his magic to take control of several dragons, so they would be forced to carry him from place to place. As a Neglected, he was small enough for this to be easy.
However, since Fricai was inexperienced with magic, the spell was flawed. Though some dragons remain mindless servants to Fricai, others regained their free will, though they still serve Fricai- happily in fact. Fricai's guards are made up entirely of this second group, for they are more aware of their surroundings.

Meanwhile, the Dragon Kingdom is in a state of fear, thinking maybe Fricai might go on a rampage- which is fairly common. It is thought that the only way to defeat Fricai is if a Guardian of Nature were to intervene (We're skipping this dragon's egg and hatchling phases). However, this is only possible if the current generation's Thunder, Ice, and Magma dragons joined forced to summon one. Since Fricai was the only known Ice dragon after his mother's death, he was the only chance at summoning a Guardian of Nature. As a Neglected, he is not only unable to do this- but unable to breed.
Ice dragons, along with Thunder and magma dragons, lay one egg a millennium. This has always been so, but who is to say that an Ice dragon couldn't live long enough to lay two eggs? The current generation's Thunder and Magma dragons believe there must be another Ice dragon out there somewhere- but where to look?

Let the roleplay begin~

Forta looked down at Fricai proudly. "You've grown your wings, Fricai. Finally you shall be able to fly."
Fricai looked doubtfully at the face of the cliff he was supposed to fly to. It was far away...
"Now, take a running start," Forta coached, nudging Fricai over to a cluster of bushes. "Then when you're ready, leap, and instinct will do the rest."
Fricai bunched up his hindquarters, preparing to run. He glanced at his raised wings- they were so small, how would he be able to fly?
He darted forward, then about ten feet from the cliff's edge, pushed off with his hind legs. Driven by a sudden urge, he flapped his wing wildly- and proceeded to fall off the cliff. He panicked, scrabbling at the rock, when a flash of white flew beneath him and carried him safely to the other side of the gorge.
When they touched down, Fricai stayed lying down, looking at the dirt. "I can't even fly." He looked at Forta, moisture in his eyes. "How can I be a dragon if I can't fly?"

Fricai opened his eyes, disturbed by his recurring dream. He sat up, curling his tail around his feet, and looked around.
He'd been having these dreams a lot lately. Always a memory, but turned depressing by the bitterness of what Fricai knew would always happen- can't fly, can't hunt, can't take care of himself. Always uncomfortable- either too hot, or dragons staring at him in pity.
He suddenly roared, startling the guard that stood outside. The black dragon stuck his head in the cave. "Sir-"
"Leave it, Cruix," Fricai growled, glaring at his claws.
Cruix hesitated, but withdrew, leaving Fricai to his morbid thoughts. He snarled, scoring the wall of the cave with his claw, then started pacing.
No more pity. He'd made sure of that. His servants obeyed him, his victims feared him, and his enemies- what enemies? All who'd resisted him, he'd killed. The ones that opposed him weren't brave enough to confront him now.
Comforted by that though, he curled up again and slept.
It was another day in the Forest Island Marketplace. Dragons from far and away were gathering here. It was the biggest Marketplace in all of the world. In a certain stand an Orange Dragon was selling some Magical items that were far beyond his powers.
"Hello fellow Dragons," greeted the orange Dragon. "My name is Sephoran and I come from very far places to give you, the people magical items."
Sephoran grabs an orb-like object from the back of his stand. It was a mystical, purple orb that was very mysterious.
"This magical object here is called a...well I don't really know, said Sephoran. "But I got this from a mysterious white dragon. He told me that you could use this to read the minds of others." He put the orb in front of him. "I will now start the bidding."
On mountain island, Pyralis was pacing back and forth. He felt the tugging desire to fight back against Fricai, but he wasn't sure how. He'd asked every dragon he could find to come to battle, but to no avail. Because of this, he's been considered an outcast. No one would talk to him or even look at him. They were all too frightened. "I need to fight back. I know I must do something, but what? And how? There has to be someone willing to fight back." Pyralis continued his pacing, trying to decide what he must do. His thoughts turned to his past, back when life was easy.
Pyralis shook his thoughts to clear them up. "I can't be thinking of the past now, I have to decide what to do now. For now, I guess I'll just continue searching for others who may help." He walked along the beach, looking for anyone that might help.
The dragon known as Cosmic Meteor Dexus had been soaring over the ocean for what seemed like days. He eventually landed somewhere on Mountain Island. The place he landed in appeared to be some sort of beach.
Okay, now where should I start looking? Dexus pondered.
He looked in all directions, but couldn't seem to find anything of interest.
Oh well, he thought. I might as well try to find some food. It'd be a bad idea to fly on an empty stomach.
He began to walk along the beach in search of something. Whether it was food, someone to help, or an enemy he would find was unkown, but he had to find something eventually...
Fricai woke again, then stalked out of the cave. Cruix was sitting up straight by the entrance, poised to defend his master from any danger. As Fricai walked toward the beach without a word to his guard, a shadow flew over the two and landed nearby. The Gray dragon stood with its head bowed to Fricai, a glazed look in its eyes.
Fricai moved forward. "You will take me to the Grassland island. Is that understood?"
The Gray nodded and bent down so that the relatively small Neglected could climb on its back. Cruix unfurled his wings in preparation to follow.
The Gray took off, Cruix following, and Fricai took a sort of pleasure in watching the other dragons that were flying around, shy away from him. They flew directly over a Two-Finned Bluna, which looked alarmed and veered off its path, almost colliding with its own companion. Fricai gave a laugh that was almost a hiss and they flew on.

(Yeah, this is going somewhere.)
"It looks like I am sold out!" shouted Sephoran. He cleans up his stand. He finds another object. "What is this?"
Sephoran picks up the object. It looks like a mystical mirror. When he looked in the mirror he saw three dragons. One of the dragons was on top the gray one. The other followed.
Sephoran drops the mirror. "What the hell is this?!" He picks up the mirror and sees where they are going. "It looks like they are going to Grassland Island." He gathers his stuff. "I know where I am going next."
Tronerro studied the ground from his high up vantage point, occasionally swooping down from the skies to get a better look around. He had to find a Magma dragon. He knew he had to. Of course, he never wanted to. Back at the village, he was forced out to find the ice dragon and defeat an evil neglected. He was reluctant of course. But he decided it would be best to just get it over with.

Tronerro scanned a large beach, trying to search for anything useful. An occasional Waverunner could be seen riding the waves with some other water dragons, and dolphins occasionally popped out of the water in huge arches. Some dragons were also sunning themselves near the shores. Tronerro thought of asking any of them to help him, but it would be useless. Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye as he was watching the waves, he saw a large magma dragon walking around the beach in apparent attempt to search for something. Tronerro slowly idled down to the ground, touching down in a flurry of sand and electricity. Tronerro started to pad his way over to the magma dragon, when an Ochredrake popped out of nowhere.

"HI!" he exclaimed, running around excitedly. Tronerro didn't know what to think of him. He was an obvious loony. The Ochredrake padded up to Tronerro and stared up at him with huge eyes. "What's your name?! My name is Melvidico! I like to play Chase! Have you ever played Chase? What's with all the lightning? Do you enjoy the beach? I LOVE DOLPHINS!" Tronerro was instantly irritated. "Ummm... sure..." he responded, walking past Melvidico. Melvidico instantly jumped onto Tronerro. "TAG!" he exclaimed. Tronerro jumped in surprise, sending bolts of lightning everywhere. Suddenly Melvidico plopped into the sand next to Tronerro, completely unconscious. "Well, that helped." He muttered.
(( XD Pickle, THAT is going in the quote thread. XD
Oh, and a note, Fricai's not actually evil, he's deranged. :P There's a difference.))

The Gray touched down and Fricai leapt off, using his tail to absorb most of the impact. Though he wasn't a large dragon at all, he was more nimble than most other dragons- although that might have been a result of the fact that he didn't have much bulk in his thin scales.
Cruix landed nearby and stood still, awaiting orders. Fricai turned to the Gray. "Wait here." He nodded to Cruix and the two made their way through the grass.
"Sometimes we need to come back every so often and show these dragons who their ruler is," Fricai was saying. "If you see any Whiptails, kill them." Fricai had an absolutely bloodthirsty look in his eyes now as they watched a group of Sunrise and Sunset dragons resting in the shade of a tree.

About three seconds later the group was scattered, trying to get away from Fricai and Cruix. Most of them had managed to take flight and retreat, but a few were not so lucky- three Sunrises and a Sunset.
Fricai laughed, and now it was a growl rather than a hiss. "Well, now, that was fun," He said, licking blood off his teeth.

((Tried not to get graphic. XD))
A dragon landed on the beach up ahead that seemed to be looking at Pyralis. "Maybe he could help." He was about to walk over to him when another dragon appeared and started to talk to the other. "I don't want to bother them, I'll look elsewhere." Pyralis turned around and walked the other way. He looked back to see the smaller dragon jump on the larger one and get knocked back to the ground. "He just electrocuted that little guy! He must be one of Fricai's goons." Panicked, Pyralis then began to run as fast as he could. Something caught his eye and he ran towards it. Getting closer he noticed it was a cave. Quickly, he jumped in the cave and lowered his body heat so that the glow from his body was minimized. "I'll just wait here til he leaves." And he did.
Dexus continued walking down the beach, eventually spotting footprints in the ground.
Someone else is here. Hopefully, someone who could help.
Dexus then followed the footprints, with the intention of finding someone who could help him, while staying on guard, for he pondered the chance of said someone being hostile.
