Probably the best book I read for school - and one of the best overall.
Not thread-fitting, but still incredible books: The
Hitchiker's trilogy, by Douglas Adams (the last one by Eoin Colfer).
The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy
The Restaurant at the End of the Universe
Life, the Universe, and Everything
So Long and Thanks for All the Fish
Mostly Harmless
And Another Thing... (this one by Colfer)
Yep, that's a 6-book trilogy.
I never read And Another Thing..., because it was by Eoin Colfer. I never really liked Artemis Fowl, and I loved Douglas Adams so much, I just didn't want I ruined. I did read all the others, though. Remember the... "plane" scene.

Actually, I would suggest the Hitchhiker's Increasingly Inaccurately Named Trilogy to convert someone to my way of thinking, I loved the books (and Douglas Adams is a legend. He even wrote for Doctor Who).
