yes i know there is a topic of a tournament already..but i have been wanting to do one for ever.

ok here are the rules if i can run this tournament ..

top lvl. of the pokemon teams must be at least lvl.40, lvl.50 tops.
6 vs. 6
here is a list of pokemon that are banned:
ANYTHING HACKED
F.E.A.R
Mewtwo
Mew
Wobbuffet
Wynaut
Tyranitar
Lugia
Ho-oh
Latias
Latios
Kyorge
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys(All Forms)
Dialga
Palkia
Giratina
Darkrai
Arceus
basically all legendaries etc.

The following moves are banned

Double Team/Minimize
OHKO (Fissure,Sheer Cold etc)

There will also be the following Issues:

Sleep Issue (No more than 2 pokemon can be put to sleep)
Item Issue (one Pokemon can hold Leftovers, other 5 can hold something else)
Species Issue (Only one of any species of Pokemon)

my time zone is U.S. eastern time
(i don't expect to win if this tournament happens and if it doesn't just pm me for a match anytime)

The rules aren't really set out well. If you want all legendaries banned, that's not really smart. What you're thinking is Ubers, and why no Minimize or Double Team? If they're banned, so should every stat rising move.
Latios and Latias are only ubers when they have Soul Dew. And if no hacking, why is Shaymin allowed?
Just saying you should think everything out before hand.

1. No Minimize or DT because they're cheap.
2. About Shaymin, he said "basically all legendaries".

He editted it after I made the post....and if Double Team is cheap, then Curse should never be allowed in anything.

WTH? Curse is only cheap on Snorlax. DT is cheap 'coz then, people can't hit you and you can just coast to victory. But I think Curselax should be banned.

Curse + Baton Pass makes you industructible. Curse can make anything strong. And if the worry is about not being able to hit, then why shouldn't anything that downgrades accuracy?

1. No. It lowers Speed, and that Pokemon may have a low Special Defense. Curse only raises Attack and Defense.
2. That can be mitigated by switching, unlike DT.
