It's an OK idea I suppose, but as Afti and kirant have said, Ubers is really just a ban list for OU. Also, if there had to be a Beyond Uber tier, why isn't Darkrai there?
Also, Garchomp is still in OU, and I'm pretty sure that it's now deemed Uber on most sites. The thing completely ruined the metagame. Almost everybody had one, and anybody who didn't had to use half their teams as Garchomp counters. So yes, if you had either forgotten/didn't feel it necessary, it would be a good idea to move it up.
Tyranitar and Garchomp should be on the same tier because they are both way overused, awesome and Dragon and Dark are they 2nd and 3rd best types. They both have 4x weaknesses. T to Fighting and G to Ice. Where is Gliscor? I couldn't be stuffed looking for him. Its agreeable that Entei is not as high as most legendaries and Wobbuffets and serial murderers. Spiritomb and Sableye are famous fer their no weaknesses. Drapion is also good and has only one weakness. Shedinja. Youd have to use Power Weights and HP ups and fight Blisseys for years to achieve around 60 HP with them and level 100. Scyther has caused as much trouble as a Wobbufet has more me. Protection against one hit KOs + Swords Dance canbe brutal. Blissey should at least be Uber. With Toxic, protect, Detect and Softboiled its a BLEEP!
Tyranitar is far easier to counter than Garchomp, hence it is OU (there is no "best type" btw).
I would tell you where Gliscor is, but I honestly don't know why you can't just find him yourself. It isn't hard.
Whilst Scyther is fast, it is still outsped by a lot of popular pokemon and it's extremely weak typing means it's too easy to kill.
Blissey has a special defence of 10. Because of that, whilst it may be annoying when using special attackers, a powerful physical move can obliterate it.

This is a tier list exclusively for Acanthite, though it really does need some changes. (Smogon's tier list is also silly but we can't do much about that)
Acanthitemon can't be on here because there's no way to battle eachother with them yet. It would be silly to tier them.
Scizor for Uber? Some say it's monopolizing the metagame.
When faced with a Flamethrower from a Pokémon with decent stats, Scizor goes down fairly quickly, so no. :/

If we're talking about Smogon's then I disagree. Now that Salamence has been banished to the depths of Uber, Scizor usage has decreased as a whole and people don't tend to try and counter it. Hence why some people opt for Choice Scarf Scizor now, because Bullet Punch is unneeded to ensure priority against foes that will surely bring it down (Salamence, Latias etc). Furthermore Heatran has seen a lot more usage lately, which handles Scizor incredibly well.
So in short: No.
Scizor is good, but by no means broken. Like T-Tar, it has way too many counters to be Uber-worthy.
Salamence just got promoted to Uber at Smogon. Opinions?
