This may or may not need a sticky. (That's left at the mods' discretion.) So whaddya think of this list?

Tyranitar is not uber, it's over used. If he's uber, then Salamence and Dragonite have to be too.
Wobuffet is uber due to the moves he has and his HP and Defense.

And for your other question: It's for competitive battling.

No. I am firm on T-tar's Uber status. Sandstorm gives a Special Defense boost to Rock-types. Therefore, the only sure-fire way to beat it is with a Fighting-type, and Ho-Oh can be quickly KO'd with a Rock move, therefore I don't see why T-tar shouldn't be an Uber.

If that's the case, Rhyperior should be uber. Solid Rock + Sandstorm would make him half invincible, mixed in with Curse and a partner with Trick Room.

EDIT: I'm upgrading Regigigas from Never Used (NU) to Under Used (UU) because although its ability sucks, its defenses are still quite high.

Wobbufet is firmy uber. A x4 weakness means that many common pokemon like breloom, infernape and machamp can criple T-Tar. Water owns rhyperior even if its a huntail with bubblebeam. Exploud and fearow are weak for uu, but too good for NU.

I hope this stays open, its an important thread.

Exploud and Fearow are NU for their low stats. And by the way, OU Pokemon like Donphan and Hippowdon can KO Ho-Oh in one go, and I have no intention of removing Ho-Oh from the Ubers list, so I see no reason why Tyranitar should be OU.

It could do with some none-evolved pokemon, that still get used due to some reasons, for example light ball pika, and vigoroth due to slakings horrendous ability.
I did some research, and found that both these pokemon are located in the UU list on most tier lists.
Scyther seems to be on quite a lot of lists aswell, UU maybe? (don't know why, maybe due to his stat swap when he evolves?)

oh, and maybe wynaut [OU] for non-uber users?
