I started liking it in August of 2000.

I actually started liking it right when it came out because of Pokemon Blue (the first one I played) :D
Liked it since the very beginning.
Well I just so happened to be in Japan around the time of its release there, and I was able to get ahold of it then...
I guess you can say I've liked it since the very beginning...

Im pretty sure it was like late 97', im not sure ykno..because i was like 7 xD
Anyway, i bought the game when i found out it was about monsters and training them.
I voted 2005 by accident, but know I know it was 2004, when FireRed came out (which was my first game)
Pokemon was quite big at my school when I was around 5-7, I remember other people were playing Pokemon Red/Blue, but when I played it, it was so different when I played FireRed because I had no idea what to do in Blue XD. It changed quite a lot.
