Yeah, I was thinking about this. We have banned Arceus even in uber battles, but I was also thinking, should we have an unconditional ban on Wobbuffet? I say yes. I would explain why, but right now, I'm too lazy.

DEFINITELY. Its ability means that it should never see the light of day again. It's a guaranteed KO, incredibly annoying, and just... too good to be allowed.

Yes, its probably the most annoying Pokemon out there besides Ditto -_-

Let's see the reasons for banning Wobbuffet:

It looks stupid (though I'm not sure what that has to do with battling)
It's four attacks are annoying

Well, it looks unanimous. I'll talk to Fangking for him to change "Shaymin and Arceus are not to be used" to "Wobbuffet, Shaymin, and Arceus are not to be used".

Battling Rules amended by Fangking:

Ok, im lost, does Wobb have a new ability in DP that I'm not aware of? I remember reading it at one point, but i forgot.... I know you guys cant be referring to counter/mirror coat...

No. Anyone who uses ubers should have to deal with Wobbuffet. A healthy dose of anti-legend. It shall be uber, of course, but I disagree with giving people who like to use overly powerful Pokemon a painless life. Wobbuffet takes that painless life away from them, with its ridiculously stupid HP stat, moveset, and ability. Go Wobby.

IMO, Wobbs with Encore should be uber. Without Encore, a good mixed sweeper makes it cry. At any rate, neither is worth a full ban.
