Or, if you use Photoshop, you can open up the holosheet and go to Edit > Define Pattern and click OK. Then in the layers part you need to right click the text layer and pick Blending Options. Pick "Pattern Overlay" and choose the holofoil pattern. You may need to adjust colour/opacity, but that's basically how ya do it.

Right, this is a little prototype of something I've been working on - I've took an EON blank (which was made by the epic Latios101 :P) and made a feathered 'hole' in the middle of it, allowing the custom background to shine through. This is what I have now:


It's a PNG, so save it and then boot it up in your editing program to get it to work.

The 'official' Pokémon mechanic is 'Majestic', see the ruling in this Regice. Remember to give credit to Latios101 and PokéBeach for the blank.

This is really nice :) - The only problem I can see is backgrounds with multiple shading layers might make it difficult for text to show up :/
If this is used with the right background though (such as the one on the Regice card), the result is fantastic! :D

@Flame Claw: It might be a bit difficult to see the text at some point, so it may be better to make the hole a bit more opaque. I like the effect it gives though =D Very pretty.
